Welcome to the Kentucky School for the Blind Alumni Association. Organized by former Superintend Paul J. Langan in 1946, the purpose of the KSB Alumni Association is to provide educational, charitable, research, peer support, and other such services to as may be beneficial to the blind and visually impaired. The KSB Alumni Association is proud of its historical relationship and support it has offered to students and staff of the Kentucky School for the Blind.

Keep up to date with activities of the KSB Alumni Association by attending monthly meetings hosted via Zoom. Meetings take place the fourth Sunday of the month at 8:00 p.m. Send an email to ksbalum@gmail.com for the Zoom link. The KSB Alumni Association also hosts an Annual Conference and Convention

Nominations Now Open: The Paul J. Langan Distinguished Service Award

We are pleased to announce that nominations are now open for the Paul J. Langan Distinguished Service Award. This award recognizes individuals who have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to service and have made a lasting positive impact on our community.
If you know someone who goes above and beyond and deserves to be recognized for their dedication, we encourage you to submit a nomination.
How to Nominate: To review the award criteria and submit your candidate, please fill out the nomination form located on the Call for Nominations page.
Deadline: Please ensure all nominations are submitted by March 15, 2026.
